We've finally gotten a look at the newly unlicensed Inter Milan and AC Milan in PES 2021, thanks to a video by J&L Game.
Inter Milan are called "LOMBARDIA NA" in PES 2021, while AC Milan are "MILANO RN". Here are their logos and ratings in 'eFootball PES 2021':
