Adidas 2026 World Cup Kits: Authentic vs Replica - the Full Breakdown

Adidas Releases Authentic Kits for All National Teams

From 2026, Adidas releases authentic kits for all national teams. Previously, Adidas only released authentic kits for the top national teams (Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Argentina, Mexico and Japan).

This is a significant change from Adidas. In previous tournaments, the high-end, player-issue authentic kits were a privilege reserved only for their "Elite" teams.

The change surely also has to do with the difficult climate in the host nations.

The official Adidas 2026 kit is called 'Climacool +' instead of the previous 'Heat.Rdy'.

At the core of Adidas' 2026 World Cup kits is the Climacool+ material, designed to improve moisture management and breathability. Through intricate weaving patterns and strategic ventilation zones, Climacool+ is engineered to actively wick sweat away from the body, promoting rapid evaporation and maintaining an optimal body temperature.

All-New Adidas Authentic 2026 Kit "Climacool/Climacool+" Technology Leaked

ALL authentic versions for the "smaller" federations are available for public purchase, retailing at 150 USD, 50 USD more than the replica.

Adidas 2026 World Cup Home Kits to Be Launched in Fall 2025

The 2026 national team home kits are available from 6 November 2025, while the away kits will be launched in March 2026.
