Twitter user @Nightosp7 has designed a beautiful Algeria concept shirt using the new Adidas template seen in the leaked photos of Arsenal’s 22-23 home kit.
Algeria 2022 Concept Kit
Check out the design below.
A simple look overall, with a green body, white sleeves and a fold down collar. The red zigzag line around the collar gives a perfectly proportionate amount of detail and matches the red featured on the Algeria badge, avoiding an over-simplistic design. The new minimal Adidas Performance logo is placed on the right of the chest, without the text below.
Special Adidas Algeria 2021 Kits Released
@Nightosp7 created three versions of the Algeria concept shirt, one plain and two with Arabic calligraphy on the chest, referencing the style used on the national teams’ kits from 1982 -1986. This calligraphy was also used on a set of special edition Algeria jerseys released last year.
Fold down collars are a big trend for upcoming Adidas kit releases, so perhaps Algeria’s next home shirt won’t be too different from this concept design. Adidas are set to release their World Cup kits around the 1st of September this year.
