Nike Hypervenom Phantom II Robert Lewandowski Boots Released

Nike has officially revealed the unique Nike Hypervenom Phantom II Cleats it designed exclusively for Bayern Munich and Poland striker Robert Lewandowski.

The Nike Hypervenom II Lewandowski Soccer Boots celebrate Robert Lewandowski's record goal-scoring pace and his latest milestone of reaching the 100 Bundesliga goals tally faster than any foreign player to date.

Inspired by Lewandowski's fighting spirit, the custom red and black Nike Hypervenom II Football Boots incorporate fiery graphics that directly connect to Lewandowski's past. Images visible on the printed upper of the Nike Hypervenom Lewandowski Boots include the Eagle as a symbol for Poland and the Polish national team.

The motto of Lewandowski’s hometown of Warsaw, “Semper Invicta” (Always Invincible), also appears, alongside other symbols including Lewandowski's personal logo, shirt number and a judo belt in honor of Lewandowski's father who was a judo fighter.

“Every time I step onto the pitch, I know that I have to prove myself. Having these Hypervenom made just for me is a true recognition and inspiration,” says Lewandowski.

Robert Lewandowski will lace up in the custom Nike Hypervenom Phantom II Cleats for the last Euro 2016 qualifying match with Poland this week, while a public release of the Nike Hypervenom Lewandowski Boots remains highly doubtful.

Interestingly, the launch of the Nike Hypervenom Phantom II Lewandowski Boots concurs with the Polish striker's rise to become the main face of the Nike Hypervenom Football Boot silo, as previous main star Neymar has switched to Nike Mercurial Vapor Soccer Cleats for now. Whether this is just coincidental or not remains uncertain, as Nike is planning to launch new Neymar Signature Boots in 2016.
