Enzo Fernandez was the most expensive transfer, joining Chelsea and taking the number 5 shirt. Meanwhile, Jorginho moved to Arsenal on Deadline Day and will wear the number 20 for the Gunners.
Joao Cancelo might get a new number if staying at Bayern for another season
The biggest surprise was Joao Cancelo joining Bayern Munich, who gave him the number 22 shirt. Matt Doherty also left the Premier League, terminating his contract with Tottenham to join Atlético Madrid, where he will wear the number 12 shirt. Pedro Porro joined Tottenham from Sporting Lisbon, receiving the number 23 shirt. Marseille spent €30 million on their new Portuguese number 9, Vitinha.
