Kaiserslautern released a special-edition kit in the DFB Cup final against Bayer Leverkusen. However, the kit does not fit the club's biggest match this century, for us and many fans.
The DFB Cup final on May 25th will feature second division club 1. FC Kaiserslautern and Bayer 04 Leverkusen. Leverkusen was given first choice for jerseys and will don its black and red home kit. Kaiserslautern, meanwhile, decided to release a special-edition one-off kit for the final.

Kaiserslautern 2024 DFB Cup Final Kit
The Kaiserslautern 2024 DFB Cup Final jersey is white and black, based on the most basic Nike teamwear kit - the Nike Park VI jersey.
While the base design is standard, the jersey has several unique features. In memory of the late Andreas Brehme, a FCK legend, there is a special sublimation of his image on the front of the jersey.
The jersey's chest showcases a golden 3D badge with the DFB Cup picture between the Nike and FCK logos.
Furthermore, the jersey has the golden lettering "Rote Teufel" on the outside of the neck. For the final, the Red Devils will wear a jersey with a golden font, which can only be ordered from the club's local fan stores.
Previous Kaiserslautern Special-Edition Nike Kits
Kaiserslautern has released two special-edition kits since 2020—one to honor club legend Fritz Walter and the other to celebrate the 1998 Bundesliga-winning team.
The Kaiserslautern Nike Cup final kit retails at a price of 90 Euro. You can get the teamwear shirt for just 13 Euro online.
The special-edition DFB Cup final shirt is the last by Nike for the club as Kaiserslautern is set to switch to Castore next season.
Castore to Sign Second German Club
It will be the biggest match in more than 25 years, but it will feature the cheapest Nike teamwear kit. Let's hear your thoughts on the new Kaiserslautern Cup final kit in the comments below.
