Welcome to our first-ever boot spotting. While have previously only covered the boot spots as they happened, we've now decided to round up all the latest and breaking boot spottings of the past week as well as including some unique boot choices which didn't make it on the website to give you an compressive overview of what happened in the boot world in the past seven days. And whereas other boot spottings are not always as independent as they should be, it's our aim to offer you all boot spots without any restrictions in our Boot Watch. But now let's get straight into the first edition of our 'Boot Watch'.

Galatasaray midfielder Jem Karacan caught the eyes of our readers this Champions League Matchday as he laced up in the classy Adidas Predator Accelerator 1998 Remake Edition. However, he already debuted the remakes of the iconic boots in Galatasaray's league match against Eskisehirspor in late October 2015. But not many noticed it back then.
Adidas Players Train Unreleased Adidas X and Ace
Various players sponsored by the Three Stripes already laced up in the upcoming Adidas Ace and Adidas X Colorways this week. And while no high-profile player actually debuted them this weekend, we'll already see them as soon as next week as Adidas will launch both bold colorways on Monday or Tuesday.
Nike Liquid Chrome Pack On-Pitch Debut

David Silva | Next-Gen Adidas Ace Primeknit Debut
Manchester City's midfielder David Silva provided the biggest surprise this weekend as he laced up in a blackout version of the next-gen Adidas Ace Primeknit Boots in the Premier League clash against Southampton. Next-Gen Adidas Ace Boots Spotted Across European Training Pitches
While David Silva already debuted the next-gen Adidas Ace Boots in an actual match, various players such as Real Madrid's James Rodríguez and Arsenal's Debuchy were spotted wearing blackout versions of the second-gen Adidas Ace Boots in training sessions throughout the week.

While FC Barcelona's superstar still laced up in the old Hyper Grape colorway of the Nike Hypervenom Boots in the first half against Real Sociedad this weekend, he switched to his stunning but camouflaged Bronze Nike Hypervenom Phinish Boots for the second half of the match. And he even managed to score with both boots as Barcelona won 4-0 against the Basque club.
Kevin-Prince Boateng | Nike Tiempo Legends Premier Remake
Kevin-Prince Boateng, who is currently training with AC Milan even though he is still under contract with Schalke 04, became the first superstar to lace up in the classy Black, White and Electric Green Nike Premier Boots in the first-ever edition of the San Nicola Trophy (that's a new trophy that is decided in two mini matches consisting of 45 minutes).

Paul Pogba (Part 2) | Nike Magista Obra 'France Edition'
It was definitely the most noticed boot spot of the past week. Martín Caceres | Blackout Next-Gen Nike Mercurial Superfly

AS Roma's Iturbe debuted his custom red and black Nike Mercurial Superfly Boots in the Champions League clash against FC Barcelona after he was already spotted wearing the one-of-a-kind boots ahead of Roma's last league match.
Assou-Ekotto | Adidas Predator Adipower Black / Orange
Even though Assou-Ekotto already debuted the black and orange Adidas Predator Adipower Boots not this but last weekend, we have manages to grab a detailed image of his boots in the meantime and therefore decided to give him a well-deserved place in our first-ever Boot Watch.
Have we missed any interesting boot choices? Let us know in the comments below, and stay tuned for the second edition of our Boot Watch. Coming as soon as next week (And likely on Sunday evening, if nothing really unforeseen happens in the boot world).
