Yesterday, Adidas launched the new Lionel Messi 2015 Football Boots collection. Based on the current generation of the Adidas Adizero Boots, three takedown models of the new Adidas Messi 10.1 Cleats are available from December 1. Today we are able to give an overview of the four different Adidas Messi boot versions.
Adidas Messi Soccer Boots Overview
Move the slider to compare the new Adidas Messi 10.1 and Messi 10.2 boots.
The top version of new Adidas mirosari10 (Spanish for My Rosario) Collection is the new Adidas Messi 10.1 Cleat, based on the popular Adidas F50 Adizero Speed Cleat. The second best version of the new Adidas Messi mirosari10 Football Shoes is the Adidas Messi 10.2 Boot, while the other versions are called Adidas Messi 10.3 and Adidas Messi 10.4.
The new Adidas Messi 10.1 Football Boots is made from a ultra-thin layer of Hybridtouch to offer a leather like ball touch with no water uptake. While the normal Adidas F50 Adizero Supernatural Cleats feature a lightweight Speedfoil material in the heel area, Messi prefers a single layer of Hybridtouch. That increase the weight of the Adidas F50 Messi Boots to 165 grams (normal boot: 150 grams).
For more ball control in all weather conditions, Adidas added an all-over 3D grip texture on the whole upper of the boot. The Adidas Messi 10.1 Boot features a lightweight Sprintframe sole construction.
The second-best Adidas Messi 10.2 Cleats features a slightly thicker Hybridtouch material than the Messi 10.1, based on the Adidas F30 Adizero. The outsole uses Adidas' normal Traxion 2.0 technology with Speedtaxion stud alignment, which drastically increases the weight of the Adidas Messi 10.2 Boot to 250 grams. The Traxion outsole allows Adidas to continue the unique upper design on the sole plate to create a unique look.
For the Adidas Messi 10.3 and Messi 10.4 Cleats, Adidas uses the soft BRAVO synthetic for lightweight and durability.
The Adidas Messi 10.2 Boot uses the same outsole as the Adidas Messi 10.2 Boot, whereas the new Adidas 10.4 Boot comes with the first Adidas Traction outsole.
